Joe Rogan’s Philosophy

When I saw this video, I was inspired by it. It is naive, entirely too optmistic, and perfect. I am a big believer in written goals, and I know that we are who we tell ourselves that we are. Huge events begin with small changes. When I listen to this, a goal pops up in my head. I am working towards that goal. When you listen, what do you think about? What small steps can you take to start down that path?

Joe Rogan is an accomplished martial artist, but he’s mostly known for his comedy and his podcast. His MMA commentary is top notch. He has a company that sells various supplements and fitness equipment – Onnit.
